Introductions and Ground Rules
We will start at 7pm SHARP. Please note that we will adhere closely to all time limits. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Open Forum
Open discussion on what "neighbors" are looking for from the NPA in the coming year. What are your concerns and what topics should the NPA discuss? Do you have an event to announce? Please limit yourself to 2 minutes per person.

Police Report
Kris Carlson is the Lieutenant in charge of the South End. He will be here to introduce himself and answer questions about crime in the South End.

Pine Street/Flynn Avenue rezoning proposal
Hear about the proposed change, ask questions, and give comments to the applicant and the Planning Commission staff.

Flynn Avenue traffic and parking issues approaching Oakledge Park
Revisit the safety concerns and suggest creative solutions to DPW and Parks Dept staff.

Speeding problems in the Five Sisters neighborhood
Learn what remedies are available through the DPW.
