Introduction and Ground Rules - 5 min
We will start at 7pm SHARP. Please note that we will adhere closely to all time limits. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Open Forum - 10 min
Open discussion on what "neighbors" are looking for from the NPA in the coming year. What are your concerns and what topics should the NPA discuss? Please limit yourself to 2 minutes per person.

Police Update - 10 min
Come meet our new South End Police Lieutenant.

Change of meeting night for NPA - 5 min
Discuss the possibility of changing our meeting night. What do you think? Would a different night make it easier for you to participate in the NPA?

Candidate Forum on Channel 17 - 5 min
Discuss whether Ward 5 wants to be part of a televised candidate forum series.

Moran Plant Update - 25 min
Kirsten Merriman Shapiro will tell us about the four possible new tenants that have filed a letter of interest to occupy a space at the Moran plant. Find out who they are and express your opinion on these four applicants.

Southern Connector (Champlain Parkway), Shelburne Rd Roundabout, and Flynn Ave sidewalk updates - 30 min
Hear from Dan Bradley (DPW) about the current plans for these projects and ask questions.

City Council Update - 15 min
What are the major discussions under consideration at City Council.
